Your 30-day option

Our store accepts requests for returns and exchanges for 30 days following delivery. This includes unwanted purchases and does not depend on explaining why you changed your mind.

Starting a request

Before sending goods, contact us to identify the order and agree on return instructions. We will provide the correct destination and free shipping arrangement. Retain the receipt or tracking confirmation until the request is resolved.

Free return arrangements

Return shipping for an approved refund or exchange is covered by us. You will receive a prepaid shipping label or a comparable free method; no restocking fee will be deducted.

Problems with goods

If the parcel contains the wrong item, missing parts, damage, a fault or goods that do not match the description, ask us for assistance. Available remedies include a refund, exchange or another appropriate solution consistent with your rights.

Care and special items

Please take reasonable care of items while deciding whether to return them and include supplied parts and accessories where possible. Safety-sensitive, perishable, personalised or sealed hygiene items may need special handling when applicable. Any lawful change-of-mind exception must have been clearly disclosed before purchase; this policy does not create an undisclosed exclusion. Faulty or misdescribed goods and mandatory legal rights remain protected.

Refund destination and timing

We return an approved refund to the payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. A further 5–10 business days is normally required by the bank or card issuer before the refund appears.

Consumer protections

These policies do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any inconsistent term.
